"Site was frustrating and support felt robotic"
I found the site kind of annoying to use. Pages were slow to load, and the menus were confusing enough that it took me way longer than it should’ve to find what I needed. I also wasn’t thrilled with the email responses I got, they felt like they were written by robots instead of actual people, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I ordered this from saleyla.com because the photos made the color look like a soft beige, which was exactly what I needed, but when it showed up it was way more yellowish tan in person and just didn’t match my space at all, so it was frustrating since the whole reason I chose it was for the color and I probably wouldn’t buy it again...

I ended up needing to cancel my order, and to be fair, it did get taken care of. From my experience though, it felt a bit slower than it should have been. I had to send a few messages before I got a clear answer, and the refund showed up after a few days. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but personally, I would’ve liked the cancellation process to be faster and more straightforward.

"Pretty close, just not exact"
I got my order and overall it was close to what was shown in the photos. The color was a little different than I expected, though, not a huge deal, but I did have to look twice. It’s still usable and not bad, just wish it matched the pictures a bit better

I ordered an item from saleyla.com because it clearly showed as in stock on the product page. After placing the order and waiting around for an update, I eventually got told it wasn’t actually available. That’s the part that really bothered me, even that little stock label made it seem like everything was fine. I kept checking my email for shipping info, only to find out I wasted my time. They really need to update inventory before letting people pay. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"The reviews didn’t give me enough confidence"
I was interested in checking out Saleyla, but I expected the reviews to feel more genuine and specific before I spent any money there. A lot of them came across as kind of vague or too similar, which made me second-guess the site. In the end, I just didn’t feel comfortable enough to buy.

"Disappointing quality for the price"
I ordered from saleyla.com i wasn’t impressed. The item looked a lot cheaper in person than it did in the pictures, and the material felt really thin. After just one use, it already started having problems, and the stitching looked messy up close. I was hoping it would be decent, but in my opinion, it’s just not worth the money. I don’t see myself ordering from here again

"Delivery is way slower than everyone else"
I ordered thinking it would arrive last week like they promised, but it still hasn’t shown up. The tracking barely updates, and every time I contact support, they just tell me to keep waiting. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, this has been way more frustrating. I probably won’t order from them again.

Am I the only one who felt like the fabric was way too thin? It seemed okay at first, but after just one wash it felt really cheap and not like it would hold up for long.

"Slow support and answers that didn’t really help"
I didn’t have the best experience with saleyla.com, mainly because the communication was so frustrating. It wasn’t one of those situations where one message got missed or one reply was a little slow, it felt like every question turned into a waiting game.
When they finally did respond, the answers often didn’t really match what I had asked. For example, I’d ask about one specific detail and get a general reply. I’d explain the issue again, and they’d answer only part of it. I’d send a follow-up, and then it felt like we were back at the beginning. It was kind of like asking where your order is and getting told how to place an order, or asking about a refund and getting a copy-paste answer about shipping times.
I’m not saying absolutely everything about the site was awful, because that wouldn’t be fair, but the support part really put me off. If you need quick help, clear answers, or someone to actually read what you wrote the first time, I wouldn’t count on it. I personally wouldn’t use them again if the situation needed fast or reliable communication.

"customer service wasn’t much help"
i reached out with what seemed like a simple question, but the answers i got were super vague. it felt like they weren’t really reading what i was saying. the replies also took longer than expected, so the whole thing ended up being frustrating and not helpful at all.

"Felt like one of those overpriced buys"
I expected a lot more for what I paid. The item was alright, but it had that slightly cheap feel that you always seem to get when something is hyped up more than it should be. Shipping was okay, no real issues there, but nothing impressive either. Maybe I just chose the wrong thing, but overall I don’t really feel like saleyla.com gave me good value for the money.

I tried saleyla.com it seemed okay for the most part. The site looked normal and I didn’t run into anything super sketchy or anything, but I still didn’t feel completely confident using it. There just wasn’t much info to really put my mind at ease, if that makes sense. I might use it again, but probably carefully and only for something small because... I don’t know. It’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say it fully won me over either.

I tried using a promo code again, but the discount didn’t show up at checkout. This seems to keep happening to me, so I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if the codes just aren’t applying properly?

I got tired just looking through the site. The design feels messy and outdated, and the colors and layout don’t give me any confidence at all. It just looks cheap, and I hate wasting energy trying to figure out if a site is even trustworthy...

"Sizing needs to be addressed"
I ordered my usual size from saleyla.com, but the fit was all over the place. It was tight in areas where it shouldn’t be and weirdly loose in others, like the sizing wasn’t consistent at all. I don’t think customers should have to deal with guessing like this, and the company really needs to take responsibility for fixing their size charts or quality control. Not worth the hassle for me, and I won’t be buying clothes from here again...

"Good item, but the tracking was confusing"
I was happy to get my order and everything turned out fine in the end, but the tracking was definitely off. It showed as delivered even though the package didn’t actually arrive until two days later, which was frustrating. Thankfully, it did show up and was in good shape, so it all worked out.

After I paid, the confirmation email was confusing. Maybe I overlooked something, but it barely showed what I ordered or when it was supposed to ship. I was left wondering if the order even went through properly. Not a great experience...

"Exchange took longer than it should have"
I’m not totally sure what caused the delay, but the exchange definitely took way too long. I had to follow up with them myself to get things moving, which was frustrating.
